Disable the special button function on Microsoft Sculpt mouse

I bought the Microsoft Sculpt mouse, with the side button, which is also very sensitive to gestures (up & down).

This is so frustrating to fill a form, grab the mouse to hit the Submit, but the sensor just thought you swipe down the button and goes back to the previous page.

I read this solution and tried to have empty action for it. Unfortunately, it is not working. Any other good solution will be ...

So I'm fairly new to Docker and Ubuntu and I'm trying to create a mail server by following this tutorial in Youtube. But I'm unable to do so because I keep getting some errors. And I don't know what each of these mean. I am also following the official docs from Docker website to install docker in Ubuntu and here are the output I get from each commands:

7z: the number of files in "Scanning the drive" is way larger than the number of "Files read from disk"
ph flag

I'm using Ubuntu 20.04. So I wanted to back up a folder (minecraft world), installed p7zip (p7zip-full and p7zip-rar) and tried running it. There was no errors, but I notice something strange. Basically the number of files in "Scanning the drive" is way larger (by 87), than the number of "Files read from disk".

We are a small volunteer run Museum with two touch monitors for public use with our own applications. However we are having to disable the touchscreens (Dell and Viewsonic) as there is no way to turn off gesture control but leave a left mouse click with the Windows software we must use. We are using a mouse with all controls except left click turned off, and that has worked fairly well.(There is no Ubun ...

How do I change the "open terminal" hotkeys to others in Ubuntu 20.04?
cn flag

By default, the terminal is opened with CTRL + ALT + T. I want the terminal to open for me, for example, with the right Shift key, or for example with the right Ctrl.

For some reason, in Settings -> Keyboard Shourcuts, I can not select either the right Shift or the right Ctrl. Although other keys can be selected.

The Stunning Power of Questions

Much of an executive’s workday is spent asking others for information—requesting status updates from a team leader, for example, or questioning a counterpart in a tense negotiation. Yet unlike professionals such as litigators, journalists, and doctors, who are taught how to ask questions as an essential part of their training, few executives think of questioning as a skill that can be honed—or consider how their own answers to questions could make conversations more productive.

That’s a missed opportunity. Questioning is a uniquely powerful tool for unlocking value in organizations: It spurs learning and the exchange of ideas, it fuels innovation and performance improvement, it builds rapport and trust among team members. And it can mitigate business risk by uncovering unforeseen pitfalls and hazards.

For some people, questioning comes easily. Their natural inquisitiveness, emotional intelligence, and ability to read people put the ideal question on the tip of their tongue. But most of us don’t ask enough questions, nor do we pose our inquiries in an optimal way.

The good news is that by asking questions, we naturally improve our emotional intelligence, which in turn makes us better questioners—a virtuous cycle. In this article, we draw on insights from behavioral science research to explore how the way we frame questions and choose to answer our counterparts can influence the outcome of conversations. We offer guidance for choosing the best type, tone, sequence, and framing of questions and for deciding what and how much information to share to reap the most benefit from our interactions, not just for ourselves but for our organizations.
