I am trying to install GNU Radio Companion 3.8 in Ubuntu 18.04. I followed the instructions written in the Wikipedia and watched some YouTube videos, but after writing the commands below, I got some errors as attached in the figure.

WiFi connection drops regularly

Restarting Graphics after switching between onboard and dedicated graphics card

I am using Intel onboard graphics and nvidia geforce MX130 dedicated graphics card. In some cases I need to switch between the cards during the work on ubuntu 20.04. In Nvidia settings there is a prime profile where my graphics setting can be seen as below.

Where is stored recovery key for encrypted partition recovery key

during setup of 21.10 I chose to use LVM Encrypted file system. I set recovery password and setup show where will be stored on the disk. The path look quite simple. Now I want to backup stored data but cannot find this directory. Please point me default location of recovery data

Remove extra window title bar

After an update from Ubuntu 21.04 to 21.10, I now have an extra bar on top of some windows. The bar is completely blank. So far, I noticed it in Nautilus. See the extra space above the buttons in this screenshot:

How to run Fritzing on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS?

I have recently installed Ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS and then installed Fritzing using packages from official repository by using below command

sudo apt-get install fritzing

Then on first launch it showed three windows with errors

Unable to log in due to Out of memory error

On our Ubuntu (20.04) server, somebody launched a set of parallelized python scripts that used up a lot of RAM. The screen displays a series of:

Out of memory: killed process <####> (python)

and I'm unable to access the login prompt. I am still able to log into the server remotely, however.

I've gone in and killed some of my processes to free up some space, but I'm reluctant to do a reboot and kill ...

How to enable the hibernate in the system menu on Ubuntu 21.04

no matter what I try to put in the file /etc/polkit-1/localauthority/50-local.d/com.ubuntu.enable-hibernate.pkla but I can't get the hibernate items being displayed.

I upgrade my laptop from terminal. After restarting I am facing required problem- "unable to create a required folder. please create the following folder or set permission such that ot can be created: home/amit/.config/nautilus". A pop-up is coming show the above message. And no button of keypad is working neither mouse is.
