Why doesn't mangohud work with wine?

I can't get mangohud to work on games I run through wine

This the command I used:

mangohud wine <.exe_file>

I have also tried:

mangohud --dlsym wine deadcells

This is the output it throws at me:

Accessibility - function keys missing on onscreen keyboard

On the screen keyboard in the Accessibility area (Ubuntu 20.04) there don't seem to be any Function Keys visible. How are these accessed via the screen keyboard? Is there a setting that needs to be changed?

Also the screen keyboard seems to only come up when the cursor is placed in a text field. Things like (for example) To press F11 for fullscreen mode in Firefox it doesn't present itself. Is th ...

How can I get valid path from argument in #!/bin/sh script?

I have some script(copy) and want to get valid path.

#!/bin/sh
cp -R $1 $2

I tried with parameter like this

./copy.sh /home/apple /home/pie;reboot

then server was rebooted and it's not acceptable in production server.

I know linux path is composed only with [a-zA-Z0-9_-/. ]

How can I filter $1 and $2, so I can call without worry.

ASUS Laptop running Ubuntu 20.10 requires restart after suspending

After I wake up my Ubuntu 20.04 laptop from suspension by opening its lid, it stays stuck on a black screen with a cursor.

I am unable to interact with anything for a few minutes, until the message Timeout waiting for response from ISHTP device appears. Nothing seems to happen after that, so I just hold down the power button until the laptop restarts.

Received symbol lookup error after running apt-get

Now I am trying to install any package using apt-get I received this error:

Ubuntu 20.04 - AMD - second monitor detects but is blank

The graphics card is a (Turks Pro) Radeon HD 6570. The default driver is installed, which apparently should be okay with AMD cards. The second monitor is a Hanns-G HX193DPB and both monitors work on this and other Ubuntu PCs. Along with their cables.

After Copying Ubuntu 21.04 to New Drive, Boots Only to Grub. Cannot boot to DVD Live Disk

After copying Ubuntu 21.04 to a new drive (it is an Ubuntu-only system), I need to repair the boot but not sure how to do so. It boots to Grub, then goes to initramfs but it can go to the Grub command line by pressing c. Can it be repaired from the Grub command line? I see many other posts here and elsewhere about this very issue but nothing I tried seemed to work.

Intel HD Graphics Driver Problem

I installed Ubuntu 20.04.2.0 LTS on Dell Vostro 3599, and I checked the graphics driver. Currently, it is llvmpipe instead of intel integrated graphic.

And whenever I am trying to install from software update manually, it is showing that there is no driver for it...

Why are these issues occuring?

Whenever I save a webpage with chrome's more tools, select open as window, it doesn't save on my desktop, it saves in my applications. I just want it to be on my desktop, not cluttering my applications. How do I do this? I read a similar post, but the guy that posted his question actually had these saving on his desktop, where I do not.
