Additional drivers not showing in ubuntu22.04LTS

I am able to connect my node.js app via MongoDB url provided by mongodb.com. But in the server(ubuntu 20.04), it,s not connecting. I am sure the database URL is accurate on the server. Also the server ip is whitelisted in Mongodb.com. enter image description here

I am trying to do apt autoremove, apt --fix-broken install, apt upgrade or apt install -f and running into these kind of errors. It looks like a vicious cycle I cannot come out of. Please help a complete linux n00b.

I have followed the steps in the installation menu, but I am not sure which option to choose from in the "Device for boot loader installation" section. My listed options are:

The issue at hand

I have laptop with AMD CPU and Nvidia GPU, and use Ubuntu. This configuration has given me a lot of trouble, because AMD support for Linux is apparently not working very well. But a new issue has popped up recently, and these are the steps:

  1. PC is working fine, Nvidia driver is installed and running, and I can use the GPU for development.
  2. I reboot the PC

I am trying to install to install Ubuntu 23.04 alongside Windows 11, but the Install Ubuntu alongside Windows Boot Manager option is not showing.

I have done the basic steps like:

I don't know where Gwenview keeps its wastebin. It doesn't seem to be the same one as the main wastebin as that is empty.

Could someone point me in the right direction to delete the files in the Gwenview Wastebin?

I have here a "HP ZBook Firefly 15 inch G8 Mobile Workstation PC" running "Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS" in the Kubuntu variant. Fresh install of 22.04 LTS here, using 4090 RTX as main card. I manually installed the CUDA Nvidia drivers (running some machine learning code locally that relies on it).
