2 GRUBS - specific EFI System Partition x non-specific, can I remove one Disk?
br flag

I have three disks on my computer. One HDD, two SSD's.

ON HDD - it's only free space now. In the past I had Ubuntu there.

On SSD1 - there is Windows + EFI System Partition (which -probably- is where GRUB is installed. In the past, used this partition to dual-boot the old Linux install on the HDD with the Windows one)

Now, I bought a new SSD and installed Ubuntu. Let's call it SSD2.

When I execute some apt command like install or update, it produces multiple errors of public keys not found and it can't finish executing the install or update. For example, this is one of the multiple same errors:

Slow shutdown in Kubuntu
pg flag

I just installed Kubuntu 21.04. I am using dual boot (Windows10 + Kubuntu). Kubutnu takes around 20 secs to shut down. Boot time is 3-4 seconds fast because of SSD. Problem is only with Kubuntu while shutdown. It takes long time.
For the solution, I go to this askUbtunu link, but I don't have sendsigs file in /etc/init.d/.

Why does it so ?

Chrome freezing Ubuntu 20
it flag

I have seen similar issues with previous Ubuntu versions, and some that could solve or ease this activating GPU acceleration, but these don't work for me.

I'm using a Gen 10 Core i7 with an integrated Nvidia MX350, I don't know if they can contribute to the problem.

If I have too much tabs opened it just freezes the whole system. A big problem when working on multiple projects at a time.

I decided to upgrade the nvidia driver I was using, I opened additional drivers and previously it was 660(proprietary), it had a new version 670(proprietary, tested). It also has tested in it, so I thought what could go wrong. I selected the driver and clicked apply. It downloaded the driver and told me to restart. I restarted and now I'm booting into what seems to be safe graphics mode, I'm unable to u ...

How to setup VPN to trust specific expired certificate

The certificate for a specific vpn server I need to be accessing has expired. It is a server from my work, and I keep bugging our overloaded admin to update it. So far and until he does, I have to always tell ubuntu I "know what I am doing" but sometimes I am in a hurry and do not fully check that it looks correct, so this is a potential problem.

The Stunning Power of Questions

Much of an executive’s workday is spent asking others for information—requesting status updates from a team leader, for example, or questioning a counterpart in a tense negotiation. Yet unlike professionals such as litigators, journalists, and doctors, who are taught how to ask questions as an essential part of their training, few executives think of questioning as a skill that can be honed—or consider how their own answers to questions could make conversations more productive.

That’s a missed opportunity. Questioning is a uniquely powerful tool for unlocking value in organizations: It spurs learning and the exchange of ideas, it fuels innovation and performance improvement, it builds rapport and trust among team members. And it can mitigate business risk by uncovering unforeseen pitfalls and hazards.

For some people, questioning comes easily. Their natural inquisitiveness, emotional intelligence, and ability to read people put the ideal question on the tip of their tongue. But most of us don’t ask enough questions, nor do we pose our inquiries in an optimal way.

The good news is that by asking questions, we naturally improve our emotional intelligence, which in turn makes us better questioners—a virtuous cycle. In this article, we draw on insights from behavioral science research to explore how the way we frame questions and choose to answer our counterparts can influence the outcome of conversations. We offer guidance for choosing the best type, tone, sequence, and framing of questions and for deciding what and how much information to share to reap the most benefit from our interactions, not just for ourselves but for our organizations.
