Ubuntu 21.04 Failed to apply overlay '0_rpi-poe' (kernel)

I have Ubuntu 21.04 installed on a Raspberry Pi 4. I want to control the fan on the POE+ HAT (https://www.raspberrypi.org/products/poe-plus-hat/)

By default the fan does not spin at all. When I add dtoverlay=rpi-poe to /boot/firmware/config.txt the fan works in a seemingly default mode. But when I do sudo dtoverlay -l there are no overlays loaded so I don't know why it makes a difference.

Ubuntu 20 is not installing on a formatted disk?

I installed Ubuntu18 on my extra SSD on MacPro about a month ago just to give it a go. Then I wanted to upgrade from 18 by formatting the disk and reinstalling version 20. But now when I reboot to install it from USB, the system is not showing the 'EFI boot' option anymore.

Having no other option, I went ahead to install Mac OS which is the default, but on entering disk utility I see that it only ...

Gnome Shell running, with no one logged into it?
br flag

Ubuntu 18.04, logged out of GUI, accessed system via webmin and see an awful lot of memory being consumed by Gnome. Shouldn't this end when all users are logged out of the GUI? Can I kill all this GUI stuff in a way that will allow it to restart when a user logs into the GUI? Or do I just need to ignore this and let it eat up all this RAM doing nothing?

As soon as a graphical frontend (tried synaptic and gdebi) is used the questions wont appear and postinst handles them as skipped.

Is there a way to link computers and use their hardware to run windows and linux at the same for multi-seat?

This is actually from this question, but apparently you have to have a separate hardware array to run these two operating systems multi-seat. so i was wondering if you could have multiple computers connected some way and then use windows and Linux, perhaps selecting them at a sort of bios at the same time.

The Stunning Power of Questions

Much of an executive’s workday is spent asking others for information—requesting status updates from a team leader, for example, or questioning a counterpart in a tense negotiation. Yet unlike professionals such as litigators, journalists, and doctors, who are taught how to ask questions as an essential part of their training, few executives think of questioning as a skill that can be honed—or consider how their own answers to questions could make conversations more productive.

That’s a missed opportunity. Questioning is a uniquely powerful tool for unlocking value in organizations: It spurs learning and the exchange of ideas, it fuels innovation and performance improvement, it builds rapport and trust among team members. And it can mitigate business risk by uncovering unforeseen pitfalls and hazards.

For some people, questioning comes easily. Their natural inquisitiveness, emotional intelligence, and ability to read people put the ideal question on the tip of their tongue. But most of us don’t ask enough questions, nor do we pose our inquiries in an optimal way.

The good news is that by asking questions, we naturally improve our emotional intelligence, which in turn makes us better questioners—a virtuous cycle. In this article, we draw on insights from behavioral science research to explore how the way we frame questions and choose to answer our counterparts can influence the outcome of conversations. We offer guidance for choosing the best type, tone, sequence, and framing of questions and for deciding what and how much information to share to reap the most benefit from our interactions, not just for ourselves but for our organizations.
