Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS installation doesn't recognise exisiting Centos OS

I already have CentOS 9 installed on my ThinkCentre m93. I'm trying to install Ubuntu 22.04 alongside this OS and came across a warning during the installation process. It warns me that there isn't an existing OS on the drive. I've attached screenshots of the message as well as other commands during installation and commands from CentOS.

Are the files in libxkbcommon and node_modules really trojans and exploits, or is this an example of Clam not doing what it's supposed to do?

Baloo file extractor process eating all my CPU

I'm on ubuntu 20.04 x86. Sometimes, a process called baloo file extractor appears and eat all my CPU ressource, making my system beeing slow.

Upon research, it seems to be a file indexer for KDE plasma. Why does it appears on my ubuntu which use gnome ?

Windows lose focus and appear behind desktop icons

On one of my machines I have a problem where the active windows lose focus and appear behind the desktop icons. Cf. screenshots.

After playing with Alt-tab it's possible to get out of it, but it's not ideal. I uninstalled gnome-tweaks, but the issue remains. Package gnome-shell-extension-desktop-icons-ng is installed in order to have icons on the desktop in the first place.

I had some problem with the disk space of my virtual machine (ubuntu 20.04). I had only VS code(with liveshare extention), cloudflare, xampp and github desktop that's running on my machine but after 1 day when i check my machine it only had 500mb space left. Is there a way to check what program eating my disk space? i originally had 10gb space.

Battery indicator icon showing charging even though not plugged in

Battery indicator showing as plugged in, although it is not. When I plug it in, it shows correctly. When I unplug it goes back to showing as plugged in but discharging. See screen shots

This happens quite often though I cannot reproduce it without any consistency. If I reboot it corrects itself.

How to resolve monitor source detection issues when two monitors are shared between two computers?

Bluetooth dongle with Realtek RTL8821CU chipset works, but not on Ubuntu

My system recognizes my dongle as supporting Bluetooth, but I cannot actually use the thing in any of the Bluetooth control interfaces (bluetoothctl, btmgmt, the graphical Bluetooth settings, etc.).

I tested the device on a Windows machine, and it worked there but not when I put it back into my Ubuntu machine.
