Gimp: how do you save a modified png image?

So... just installed Gimp 2.10.30. I need to scale down a 512x512 png image, which is presumably trivial.

However, I can't find any way to cleanly save the scaled-down image: I just get the 'There is one image with unsaved changes' message. I've tried:

  1. File > Overwrite myfile.png
  2. File > Export As, select the original name, and then Export

GParted shows hard drive as two drives of equal storage capacity

I'm trying to format my Xbox One S hard drive with GParted. It appears to show two 900GB disks as /dev/sdc and /dev/sdd instead of one 900GB disk, on top of that.

/dev/sdc :

/dev/sdc

/dev/sdd :

/dev/sdd

The first disk had been formatted, while the other is completely made of unallocated space and constantly throws I/O errors when being accessed or even closed by GParted.

my problem is that when i turn off or reboot my computer, it doesn't play any sound when I play videos or audio files. for that purpose i have to unplug and replug my speakers. its not such a big deal but it kinda goes on my nurves.

I have a problem when starting my Ubuntu machine. The problem appeared right after doing:

sudo apt purge nvidia* libnvidia*
sudo apt autoremove
sudo reboot

After the machine came back to life, I got the message /dev/nvme0n1p3: clean, n/n files, n/n blocks instead of actually initializing Ubuntu (the desktop).

SSH - Driving me insane

I am using the latest ubuntu 22.04.03 on a headless system. SSH continues to add these lines to the top of the config file each and every reboot, therefore locking me out.
