Can not uncheck autohide from a panel

I have 3 panels at the top of my screen.

I set all 3 to autohide.

I wanted to uncheck autohide, and was successful for 2 of the 3 panels.

I'm using Ubuntu almost 5 months and haven't had any problems until now, suddenly it started booting up almost for 10 minutes, then when I logged in I realised I have no internet connection, I mean I do but it loads web pages for few minutes, when I try to sudo apt update it says:

Make thinkpad Fingerprint login more tolerant

The fingerprint sensor on my thinkpad T14s is not very tolerant, it usually require 3-4 attempt before I can login with it.

It there a software trick to make it more sensitive/acceptive/tolerant, aka more likely to accept a login. ?

After installing todays updates in my Ubuntu 22.04 machines compiling with Clang fails. Standard header files are not found anymore. `xmobar -x` flag doesn't work because both monitors appear under Screen 0

When I run xrandr it shows both of my monitors as different displays under Screen 0. How do I set one of them to Screen 1? (Or is there a more elegant solution?)

Suddenly on Nov 19th my Ubuntu 20.04 LTS Evolution E-Mail client version '3.36.5-0ubuntu1' failed to connect with G-Mail. The following two error messages appear every time it tries to connect to G-Mail.

I am on Ubuntu 22.10, when I copy text from anywhere, there is no problem with pasting it on a regular other app. But I get errors when I try to paste the text into terminal text editors.

For example in Nano I get the error [ Cutbuffer is empty ]

and in VIM : error E353: Nothing in register *

As of today, my Ubuntu 22.04 PC gets as far as grub, but choosing the default option of "Ubuntu, with Linux 5.15.0-53-generic" leads to a blank and unresponsive screen after only a few lines of kernel messages.

Choosing "Ubuntu, with Linux 5.15.0-52-generic" works.

This is a PC which has been working fine for years: a Ryzen 7 3700X, with AMD Radeon RX5700 GPU.

I would like to also show incoming OpenVPN connections (udp).

Is there a way to do this in Conky without using sudo? Possibly by using the telnet management interface? Can you script telnet commands and return the output for formatting by awk? If so, I could do that.
