Firefox can't open download folder

I think that the firefox snap confinement issue that has plagued many is causing this problem, but I'm not sure. My problem is that when I download a file, I typically will click on the "Open Folder" button next to the file so I can browse to it in my file explorer (using KDE dolphin). Mouse freezes but trackpad works

Why does update software display no updates after updating but then thinks that the "no updates" can be installed?

I run updates each day when I start my computer. In the last couple of weeks, after I install the updates, then the software updater flashes up as if there are more updates again -- but the update list is blank (see image).

My ubuntu 22.10 distro detects all bluetooth devices except the ones which have bluetooth5.0 or above.

I have tried modprobe, restarting the drivers as well as blueman and bluez but none of them help.

My laptop physical drivers do support bluetooth5.0 devices as I can connect to the same devices on windows (I have dual-booted) but they do not show up in ubuntu settings nor in blueman.
