Python files removed from Jetson

I'm new in Linux, so I tried to remove the python3.6 package in order to install python3.8. However, doing this removed important files. Now when I try to install something or remove, upgrade etc., I get a list of not fully installed or removed depedencies. The list right now if I do a sudo apt-get upgrade is the following:

Got error:

My /etc/resolv.conf doesn’t exits。

Failing to complete boot (freezing on starting processes)

When I try and start ubuntu I am suddenly having a strange issue where things boot normally and then they freeze while starting processes (different points each time). I.e. I am frozen at a black terminal screen listing "[ ok ] Started _______" for various processes

If I boot in recovery mode I can access the terminal and things seem to be fine there. Any thoughts? I was recently getting warning ...

how to find Gnome keyring lost on update to 22.04

I had a keyring visible in Seahorse, distinct from the Login keyring, named 'Mine'. It seems that during update from 20.04 to 22.04 it got lost. It is certainly not visible in Seahorse anymore.

Looking into ~/.local/share/keyrings (which I am not sure is the right location), I can only see these files:

I connect my Ubuntu 22.04 PC to 2 monitors A and B and set it to "Join Displays" mode. Then I switch monitor A to another input source (e.g., a Windows PC).
