Bluetooth is turned on but not working

I have recently install Ubuntu, however the Bluetooth does not turn on from the settings Gui, even when i turn it on, It says "Bluetooth is turned off". enter image description here . I have tried everything, restarting, reinstalling drivers etc.. How to fix it ?

Kubuntu not all external monitors are working

a little while ago after updating some packages KDE has stopped functioning, all I got was a black screen, but I was able to go to terminal with ctrl+alt+f2. After reinstalling KDE (not the entire OS but just the packages) I was able to get it working again. Before that I did try to reinstall amdgpu driver but it failed. (I'm using a laptop with ryzen cpu (radeon graphics) + nvidia rtx 3070)

Error while booting ubuntu 23

Getting this error inconsistently- Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(0,0).

Sometimes it boots successfully and sometimes it throws this error.

I tried installing from different USBs , but no luck.

Any idea how to resolve this permanently ?

apt-get check failed after running sudo apt-get install

I had an error msg from software updater about broken packages which told me to run sudo apt-get install -f. When I did, it ended with another error message `apt-get check` failed, you may have broken packages. Aborting… Here’s the whole log, do I have a problem, or need to do anything else? I have created a ubuntu VM using Virtualbox on a windows host machine. I realised that I have assigned it more number of CPUs than my host has, and hence performance is pretty bad. So I tried to change its config:

But this couldn't work as I have my VM in saved state.

I am not able to download pip packages or npm packages via terminal. However my browser internet connection is working. I am not sure what is the issue.Please help me to fix it. I am using Ubuntu22.04

My python program takes almost 1 hr to run. Previously it takes less than a minute. Also when create a new react app it takes too much time to download the app.

So, I think my problem is Ubuntu related, every time I'm on Ubuntu, shutdown, and start Windows, my wifi just doesn't connect, it keeps saying "connecting" for a while and give me an error.

I can do 3 things to solve it:

  • Restart my WiFi adapter on drivers.
  • Start my PC on Windows, shutdown/restart and enter on Windows directly, again.
  • Disable fast startup Windows option.
