How to update a SSL Certificate from a private key?

Ubuntu 21.10 freezes after plugging a seconds monitor

I installed ubuntu 21.10 on a new SSD drive i have bought, it's has been working well so far, out of the sudden it freezes when I plug my second monitor through HDMI which used to work fine, I suspect this issue has started after I installed Nvidia software 440 i believe, and set it as "High performance" so i can my high resolutions games.

I tried to downgrade the Nvidia driver to 390, no avail.  ...

After the one but last update oct 10th suddenly I had a problem resolving DNS. Before the update my /etc/resolv.conf read :

I have to download Ubuntu for my Mac as part of my course. I am unable to do so. It downloads as a 'ISO disk image' and does not allow me to install it.

I have been using Ubuntu for over 10 years and have never seen anything like this... I have zero connectivity via wifi, ethernet, usb tether, wifi tether, direct cable to my modem, nothing...

Searching for Ubuntu Focal OEM udebs

For the default Ubuntu Focal 5.4 kernel and for the hwe kernel 5.13 I can find the related udebs for the installation process. But I cannot find any udebs for any of the oem 5.x kernels. Have someone a hint where to find it or a how-to for manually creating them?
