I can not open some application by clicking their icons

My Ubuntu is 22.04 version. When I try to open some applications(Postman, Intellij IDEA, VSCode, PyCharm) by double clicking, I can not open the applications. What do you think about the problem ? Is there any corruption to my Software Center application ? Thanks your answers.

NVIDIA Drivers on Ubuntu VM

Im trying to set up Tensorflow on Ubuntu that I install on Virtual Box. I already install some packages but still doenst seems to work. The error message that I get all time while I try to run the nvidia-smi command on terminal is:

Seagate External Hard Drive Never Spins Down

I just bought a 6TB external seagate HDD (STKP6000400) to use for storing media, but I have noticed it is spinning at full speed, all the time. Even after leaving the PC idle overnight the next morning it is still spinning.

I configured /lib/udev/hwdb.d/60-keyboard.hwdb so that when I press the "pick up the phone" button, evtest shows that I'm pressing KEY_CONNECT. KDE Plasma vs FCITX: What component is swallowing Ctrl-5?

After enabling Pinyin input via FCITX in KDE Plasma (Ubuntu Studio 22.04), Ctrl+5 gets eaten by something but I can't find where it is set, to change it.

In Settings > Shortcuts, you can search for the name of the command, but not for the key combo.

I see "Shortcuts are recorded" in ~/.config/kglobalshortcutsrc and ~/.config/khotkeysrc, but Ctrl+5 is absent from both of these files.

Can't turn off Wacom Touch anymore

I've been using my Wacom Cintiq Companion 2 on my Desktop PC, which has Ubuntu 22.04 installed, for the past two years, and I've used a terminal command to disable the touchscreen function and do everything just with my pen.
