Python 3.8 + Pip on WSL

I've being looking around on the internet and either nobody else has this problem, or nobody else can solve it. I used the deadsnake repository to use Python 3.8, which seems to work, but when I try to get pip it starts complaining about not having distutils.cmd. This is WSL Ubuntu 22.04. There shouldn't be a *.cmd anything.

Online everybody who claims to know tells me use apt install python3-pip ...

I have a Seagate 8TB external drive with btrfs. It was connected to an rpi and being used as NAS. I've lost the SDCard on rpi so I just connected the drive directly to my laptop on Windows host. (Windows can see the drive)

I have running VM on Digital Ocean which runs Ubuntu 22.04, since GNOME desktop is really slow i decided to install xfce and mate but after successful installation i cannot change the display manager on the login screen, in fact I'm not seeing any option to do so either.

Common issue, but nothing I have found has worked (see below)

I can connect the headphones instantly, but, I never get the "Bluetooth connected" voice in my ear, so it may not be a proper connection (I get this message when connecting to the phone, other computers etc).

The headphones show as connected in BlueMan, with the coloured bars for link quality etc.

I need your help with setup wifi on my mini-PC. CPU Intel N100, that includes wifi. default winOs had seen wifi and worked well. I've already tried ubuntu 22.04 and 22.10, tried to install backport-iwlwifi-dkms, copied iwlwifi files from kernel linux github to /lib/firmware, upgraded kernel... OS doesn't see wifi at all and bluetooth is not switching ON.

I can't figure out how to increase /dev/sda6

If I open gparted I have allocated 50GB. My dev/sda6 is

I have tried to increase it but gparted does not allow me.

I have also tried growpart with below result

External monitor re-staring every few minutes (Ubuntu, DVI, docking station)

How do I lower my touchpad scroll speed?

Seperate instances for each monitor monitor

Im (attempting!) building an entertainemnt system for my car using ubuntu, but i would like to have 3 seperate monitors which can all be used individually and at the same time but from the same system. is this possible using the OS as a base? or do you think i would need to run each instance of ubunu seperately? like in kubernetes / docker?

Strongswan site-to-site VPN not working

I'm trying to run a site-to-site VPN with ipsec and Strongswan. The sites are Ubuntu VMs running on a shared host machine. Each host has a different public IP address and both are behind a router (One is connected to phone hotspot).

After adding the configuration and running ipsec restart the VPN still doesn't work. ipsec status shows 0 up 1 connecting.
